Lotus Root Meat Dumplings

Add the dumpling flour to the right amount of warm water in portions, stir it into cotton wool with chopsticks, and knead it into a smooth dough. Cover with a cloth and let it stand for 15 minutes.

Add oyster sauce cooking wine, white pepper powder, chicken powder, salt and cooking oil to the minced pork, and stir well.
