I like millet which is rich in nutrition and has many effects. I often use millet to cook porridge and drink it. This time, I found a match for Xiaomi, and chopped up the lotus root to make porridge with the Xiaomi. Lotus root is also a nutrient-rich and beneficial ingredient with many therapeutic effects. When paired with millet, the porridge is delicious and healthy. Add some black wolfberry to provide comprehensive nutrition.

Ingredients

Lotus Root Millet Congee

1. Wash and chop lotus root

2. Put the chopped lotus root into the inner pot of the rice cooker

3. Add appropriate amount of water, put the inner pot into the rice cooker and turn on the electric cooker

4. Millet clean

5. After boiling, the millet is in the pot with the same pot

6. Wash the black wolfberry

7. Cook the ingredients, put the black wolfberry in the electric rice cooker, cut off the power, and simmer for a while to serve
