Lotus Root Pork Ribs Soup

Scrape the soil of the lotus root skin, cut into pieces, wash the pork ribs with water, mung beans and medlar, boil the soup pot with water, add the ribs, lotus root and ginger slices

Boil for 80 minutes on medium heat, add wolfberry and cook for 10 minutes, season with salt and serve.
