This is what my big foodie Dabao came up with. I don’t know where he saw such a mashup. He said he has eaten it, but I really have never mashed it like this before. But who said, the flavor of the finished soup is really great, this kind of faint sweetness. "

Lotus Root Red Bean Soup

1. Prepare the lotus root and red beans.

2. Peel the ingredients and change them into a knife, and rinse them off.

3. Control the water and add it to the rice cooker, and add an appropriate amount of water.

4. Select the stew function on the top cover and cook until cooked through.

5. Just add rock sugar to taste before eating.

6. In this way, a lotus root and red bean soup is complete.

Tips:

After the lotus root is peeled, it will not turn black when it is soaked in water.
