Lotus Root Red Date Beef Bone Soup

Ingredients: 500g beef bone, 350g lotus root, 9 red dates, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of coriander, 1 piece of ginger

Wash beef bones and cut into large pieces,

Remove the knots of the lotus root, scrape and wash clean, and cut into moderately sized pieces.

Wash the red dates and remove the pit,

Ginger crushed.

Put beef bones in the pot and add water.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, skim the foam,

Add ginger, lotus root, red dates,

Bring to a boil again.

Pour into an electric casserole,

Set to automatic, and simmer overnight.

The next day the meat is rotten and the lotus root is crispy, turn off the heat.

Serve, add salt and coriander, season to eat.
Tips:
Any part of the bones can be used for cattle bones.
If you don’t have an electronic clay pot, you can also use a casserole or ordinary pot to boil on high heat and then simmer until soft.
