Lotus Root, Red Dates and Taro Soup

Prepare ingredients

Taro lotus root peeled and cut into pieces

Put red dates, peanuts, taro, lotus root and water without any ingredients in the casserole

Boil until tumbling, change to medium-low heat, and stir once every 5 minutes. The taro tends to stick to the pot.

Simmer for 15 minutes
6.
Add brown sugar and stir well
7.
Cook for another 5 minutes and serve
