Lotus Seed and Tremella Soup

Wash the lotus seeds and medlar, add water and soak for 1 hour.

Wash the stalks of the fresh white fungus, break it into pieces and set aside.

Put the white fungus, lotus seeds and medlar in the pot, add enough water.

After the high heat is boiled, cover it, turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.
5.
Open the lid and add sugar, cook until the sugar is completely melted, then turn off the heat.

Put it into a bowl and eat.
