The main ingredients of this dish are lotus seeds and pumpkin. Add a few red dates to give the soup the sweetness. Pumpkin also has a sweet taste. So I basically don’t add sugar to soup like this. 2. Put the lotus seeds and red dates in the electric pressure cooker first, add water, if you like to drink soup, add a little more water

3. After powering on, select the bean | tendon file and press start

4. Prepare the honey, peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces

5. Wait until the air is exhausted and the lid can be opened, open the lid and add the pumpkin, adjust for 5 minutes, do not press, and do not add the lid

6. There will be a lot of scum during the firing process, discard the scum while burning, the cleaner the skimming, the clearer the soup

7. After turning off the heat, add honey to taste. When adding it, try the taste first. The soup is a bit sweet at first, so adjust it according to your own taste.

Tips:

Pumpkin is easy to cook, cut a bit smaller and put it in the soup and boil it almost cooked, which can reduce the cooking time and is also convenient to eat
