Love Ham Omelette

Cut the ham sausage in half with a knife, don't cut one end, leave about 1cm.

Then turn the two halves of the ham into reverse, and fix the bottom with a toothpick.

Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and heat it up.

Put in the ham and knock in the eggs.

Fry until the bottom is solidified, pour in a small bowl of water, cook on high heat until the water is dry and the eggs are cooked.

Tips:
Because it is for children, I add some water and boil it until the eggs are cooked. You can also fry to the extent you like without adding water.
Add ketchup at will, sprinkle with fine salt during frying, and pour in a little fresh soy sauce. It is also very delicious.
