Low Cap Pikachu Toast
1.
Wrap the whole wheat toast with plastic wrap, pull out two small ears, then fix them with a rubber band, and let it sit for 30 minutes to set the shape.
2.
Sweet potatoes or pumpkins are steamed and crushed into a puree, then spread on the surface of the bread slices.
3.
The dark chocolate melts through the water, drawing Pikachu's expression and ears.
4.
Light the eyes with thick yogurt.
5.
Put on the blush with ketchup.
Tips:
Whole wheat bread is not as tough as white toast, so be careful when pulling your ears to prevent the bread from breaking;
If you don't pursue low calorie fat reduction, it will be easier to use white toast slices. Sweet potato or pumpkin puree can also be replaced with creamy custard sauce.
