Low-fat Colorful Tofu Shrimp (my Diet Recipe)

Corn and mushrooms can be replaced with your favorite vegetables~
Separate the head and body of the Jiwei shrimp, peel off the shell and set aside
Minced ginger and garlic

Ordinary white tofu can be cooked for a while~~

These two are very cooked, just blanch them~~~ especially the shrimp should not be cooked for too long~
