Low-fat Healthy Red Wine Strawberry Popsicle
1.
Strawberries are soaked in light salt water for 10 minutes, and then rinsed with clean water several times to clean and drain the water.
2.
Remove the strawberry pedicles, and then cut the strawberry into pieces for later use. I didn’t add sugar when making this popsicle. You can also increase the amount of sugar according to your taste.
3.
Beat the strawberries into strawberry puree, pour the red wine into the strawberry puree and stir evenly. Keep a few diced strawberries not to break. Put 3-4 pieces of diced strawberries in each popsicle mold, and you can taste the flesh when you eat the popsicles.
4.
First fix the popsicle mold with a box, then pour the crushed strawberry puree into the popsicle mold, and freeze it in the refrigerator for two hours. The puree is almost frozen, and the popsicle stick is inserted when it is not completely frozen. Just keep freezing for a few hours. Before eating, turn over the popsicle mold and flush it with the tap for more than ten seconds. The popsicle can be easily taken out of the mold.
