Low-sugar and Low-oil Orange-flavored Donuts

Prepare the ingredients, melt the butter, wash the outer skin of one orange with salt, dry it and take the orange zest, take the orange juice and set aside

Beat the eggs, add orange juice and sugar, mix well

Add the low powder and baking powder and stir until there is no dry powder

Add warm butter

Add orange zest and mix well, don’t over-mix

Refrigerate the batter for half an hour, take it out and put it in a piping bag

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, the middle level for 20 minutes

Tips:
1. Don't over-stir the flour after adding it, it's fine if you can't see the dry powder.
2. It is enough that the batter is filled into the mold eighth full, if it is too full, the hole in the middle will be blocked.
3. This is a low-oil version, so the mold will be a little sticky. You can apply oil and powder before loading the batter. I didn't make it, just use the mold release knife around
