Low-sugar and Oil-free Yogurt Cake

Separate the eggs

Add yogurt to the egg yolk

Stir evenly with an electric whisk

Then sift in low-gluten flour and corn starch

Stir it again until it is smooth. Set aside the egg yolk paste

Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites

Add in caster sugar in portions to beat the egg whites

Lift up the whisk, and there will be a small straight corner.

Mix the meringue with the egg yolk paste

Brush the mold with cooking oil

Pour the cake batter, 8 minutes full

Preheat the oven, upper and lower fire, middle level, 160 degrees, bake for about 40 minutes
