[lu Cuisine] Spicy Squid

The squid is cleaned and cut into strips after gutting and peeling.
Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, and after boiling, blanch the squid strips. The squid can be rolled and filtered for later use.

Cut dried chili into sections and set aside.

Peel the garlic and slice it horizontally, cut the ginger into small pieces, wash the green onion and cut into length, and cut the green pepper with a hob.

Wash the pot and boil it with dry water. Pour in an appropriate amount of peanut oil over medium and low heat. Add dried chili, pepper, ginger and garlic in turn and stir-fry until the chili discolors.
Pour in the squid slices and stir fry until the surface is oily, pour in the flavour, and stir fry; then add green peppers and green onions in turn and stir well.

Add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, and oyster sauce, and you can start the pot.
