Lu Rou Rice

Pour diced meat, cinnamon, star anise, rock sugar, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water into the pot.

Boil and skim the foam.

Pour in the diced shiitake mushrooms, cover and boil for 1 hour.

Shred the onion.
