Pigeon Soup

One pigeon, clean it up,

Put cold water into the pot, add green onion, ginger, cooking wine, and appropriate amount of diced meat,

Bring to a boil on high fire, remove the froth, remove the pigeons and diced meat,

In a separate pot, add pigeon, codonopsis, angelica, red dates, ginger slices, and diced meat,
5.
Pour in enough water and bring the fire to a boil,
6.
Simmer on low heat for an hour,
7.
Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle chopped green onion, and finish!
