Ingredients

Pigeon Soup

1. One pigeon, clean it up,

2. Put cold water into the pot, add green onion, ginger, cooking wine, and appropriate amount of diced meat,

3. Bring to a boil on high fire, remove the froth, remove the pigeons and diced meat,

4. In a separate pot, add pigeon, codonopsis, angelica, red dates, ginger slices, and diced meat,

5. Pour in enough water and bring the fire to a boil,

6. Simmer on low heat for an hour,

7. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle chopped green onion, and finish!
