Taro "rich Soup"

Dice all the ingredients for use

Burn oil, stir-fry the diced pork and dried shrimps with ginger

Put all the ingredients in the pot and stir fry (the tofu can be put later, I have all fried to pieces 2333. The order of taro mushrooms and tofu depends on personal preference)

Stir-fry and add water (hot or cold water is fine). Boil for 10-15 minutes. The diced taro will boil and the mouth will be soft. When it comes out, add salt chicken essence
Tips:
Don’t use an iron pan. The taro will turn black if it reacts with the iron pan.
