Lucky Bag

Prepare all materials

Add powdered sugar (25g) to the low powder (40g) and mix

Add eggs (3) and stir well

Then pour in melted butter (10g) and milk (250g)

Mix all

Heat a little oil in a pan, then scoop a spoonful of batter to spread evenly

Wait for about 30" to turn over and fry for about 20" to get out of the pan, let it cool down

Whipped cream (100g)

Dice strawberries and set aside

Take a cold pie crust, put whipped cream (15g) in the middle, and then put 4~6 diced strawberries

Close up

Tie the buckle tightly with hot spinach

The lucky bag is done
Tips:
1. Spinach should be blanched in hot water so that it will not break easily when tied
2. The cream in the lucky bag can be put in more or less according to personal taste
3. If you want to make a bigger lucky bag, just take a big pot, we use an 18cm pan
