Lucky Sambo
1.
Prepare the ingredients:
2.
Peel the taro, yam, and sweet potato separately, wash, and cut into pieces with a hob;
3.
When the peanut oil is boiled to 90℃, put the sweet potato pieces into the oil and fry them until the color is golden yellow;
4.
Remove the controlled dry oil;
5.
All the ingredients are deep-fried; (you can put them in the oil pan and fry them together, I will fry them separately, the time is easy to control.)
6.
Add water, sugar, and boil the sugar over a slow fire;
7.
Boil until the sugar foams and becomes thick and discolored;
8.
Pour in the fried ingredients, toss them well, coat them with syrup, and sprinkle some cooked sesame seeds.
Tips:
The frying process needs to be done in a medium-to-low heat, about 20 minutes or so. The yam is a bit sticky, soak it in clean water for a while, pick up and drain the water before frying. The sweetness of sugar is controlled by yourself. It is recommended to eat less sugar and be healthier.
