Luo Han Guo Yai Shan Pork Bone Soup

Prepare the materials.

Peel the yam, wash and cut into small pieces, soak in water for later use.

Boil the bones and wash them for later use.

Put the blanched pork bones, yam, Luo Han Guo and ginger slices into the pot and add appropriate amount of water. After the high heat is brought to a boil, simmer slowly for 1 and a half hours.

Add medlar and salt and simmer for 5 minutes before turning off the heat.
Tips:
The sweetness of Luo Han Guo is very high, one half or three servings is enough.
