Lychee Jelly Yogurt
1.
Clean the popsicle mold, wipe off the water, and set aside
2.
Prepare 5 lychees and wash them. You can also use other fruits, as you like, I use lychee because I think the lychee is also delicious when frozen
3.
Peel the lychees one by one
4.
Break the peeled lychee into petals and remove the core in the middle. In order to preserve the taste of the pulp, I did not break it too small
5.
Add 1 spoon of honey to the yogurt and mix well. The amount of honey can be adjusted according to personal taste
6.
Add the crushed lychees to the yogurt and mix well
7.
Pour the lychee pulp yogurt into the mold, being careful not to be too full
8.
Wipe clean the yogurt spilled on the mold. It is best not to have yogurt on the outside of each popsicle slot, which will increase the difficulty of demold
9.
Insert the rod into the mold, press the lid, and put it in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator. The freezing time should be more than 12 hours
10.
After 12 hours, take the mold out of the freezer, rinse the bottom of the mold with tap water, and then put it in a basin filled with cold water for a while to release the mold.
