Lychee Stewed Tofu

Peel the lychees and remove the core for use

Dice the tofu with venetian leaves.

Tofu puffed cornstarch.

Batter with flour and fry in a frying pan until golden.

The steamed buns are diced and fried golden in a frying pan.
