Macaron

Weigh the materials for later use.

The egg whites are beaten into hard foam.

Sift the powdered sugar and almond powder.

Add the sifted flour into the beaten egg whites in two batches. Add red yeast rice powder. Stir well.

Pour into the piping bag.

Squeeze into a circle of uniform size. When you put it aside and touch it with your hands, it won't stick to your hands, until you feel a thin layer of dry.

My oven is 42 liters, the upper and lower fire is 140 degrees, and bake for 10 minutes.

Take out the oven to cool, demould and squeeze the chocolate sauce. That's it.
