Macaron

Sift the almond flour and powdered sugar (made with fine sugar in a cup of dried mushrooms) together on both sides.

Egg whites (eggs are best separated overnight), add granulated sugar (I just pour the sugar directly at one time) and beat until dry foaming, add a little pigment and the color is even (beat until the whisk is at a right angle)

Add almond flour in two portions, mix well and no powder particles (turn up and down), lift and drop into a silky shape

Put a piping bag and squeeze the plate.

Put the middle layer of the oven on the upper and lower fire for 30 degrees for 30 minutes

Preheat the oven at 170 degrees and bake the middle layer for 3-5 minutes, and then turn to 110 degrees and bake for 8-10 minutes to complete.

Cool and add your favorite stuffing and it's ok

Melt the butter➕Stir the powdered sugar well➕Stir the light cream well➕Stir the lemon juice well and it’s done
Tips:
1. It's best to make powdered sugar by yourself, there are some things in it. 2. It is the egg whites, be sure to beat until the egg beater is lifted at a right angle
