Macaron of Dongling K-30a

Prepare the ingredients, sift the almond flour and pure powdered sugar and put them together.

Whisk the egg whites slightly, then add the caster sugar in two to the egg whites and beat until dry and whitish.

Add almond powder, pure icing sugar and coloring to the egg whites, stir evenly, and put them in a squeeze bag

Squeeze it into a baking tray and bake after 40 minutes.
5.
Put it in the bottom of the oven, the upper tube is 130 degrees, and the lower tube is 150-160 degrees, and bake for 35-40 minutes.
