Macaroni with Goose and Okra

Tear the goose meat into strips, and wash the okra and colored pepper.

Remove the stalks of the washed okra and cut diagonally into sections.

Remove the stems of the washed colored peppers and cut into thick strips.

After boiling the water, add the macaroni. Cook for the time required for each type of macaroni. In the past, when I was working in a restaurant, the boss taught me to fish out the noodles with chopsticks every time.

After heating a non-stick pan, pour olive oil and fry the goose first.

After the goose is slightly softened, add bell peppers and okra and continue to stir fry.

Then add the cooked macaroni and mix evenly while heating over a low heat.
Tips:
1. Since goose meat is cooked and salty, there is no need to add additional salt.
2. When cooking with olive oil, use medium heat to avoid overheating.
