Macarons

Weigh the raw materials for later use

Almond powder and powdered sugar are sifted twice (all almond powder is manually crushed)

Beat the egg whites until thick foam and add a part of sugar

Beat until fine and add the remaining sugar

Add a few drops of food coloring and beat to a small hook

Add to the almond sugar powder

Stir up and down evenly, as shown in the figure

Squeeze a round shape on the greased paper and leave it in a ventilated place for 20 minutes, so that the surface does not stick to your hands.

Preheat the oven at 170 degrees for 5 minutes. Bake out the skirt and change it to 110 degrees for 10 minutes.

Just insert your favorite sandwich

The skirt will come anytime, please look tight
