Madeleine Cake

Beat the whole egg at room temperature

Add in caster sugar and beat well, no need to beat

Mix low flour and baking powder and sift into the egg batter

Mix well into a puree

Add the melted butter, mix well, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour

Take out a small part of the batter and put it in matcha powder

Stir well, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour

After taking it out, it is warmed to a certain degree of fluidity, (it needs to be put in an air-conditioned room to warm up in winter), and then put in a piping bag.

Squeeze it into the Madeleine mold, about eighth full, put it into a preheated 180℃ oven, middle layer, top and bottom fire, about 10 minutes (adjust according to your own oven), take it out and demould directly.
Tips:
You can use a hair dryer if you don’t put it in the air-conditioned room.
