Maggi Soaked Lettuce

Peel and wash the lettuce first

Cut the lettuce into finger-length filaments.

Tips:
The lettuce blanching time does not need to be too long, one minute is enough to keep the lettuce's emerald green color. If you want spicy food, you can also drizzle with chili oil and sesame seeds.
