Magic Egg Soup

Wash spinach, put it in boiling water with a little salt and blanch until cooked; remove and cool

Chopped; sliced boiled eggs

Boiled eggs and spinach on the bottom of a bowl for later use; diced onion

Dice carrots and potatoes; melt the butter, slowly fry the flour under the heat until slightly yellowed and set aside

Squeeze lemon juice for later use; add appropriate amount of peanut oil to the pot, add diced onion and fry until soft and cooked
6.
Add chicken broth (or water); add potatoes and diced carrots and cook over medium-high heat
7.
Add appropriate amount of fried noodles in oil, add in small amounts several times to adjust the concentration you like; add salt and pepper to taste
8.
After turning off the heat, add a few drops of lemon juice; pour the hot soup on the eggs and spinach.
