Magnolia Chips (shrimp Crackers)
1.
Peel the sweet potatoes.
2.
Cut into slices, add appropriate amount of water, and put in a microwave oven on high heat for ten minutes.
3.
Try to mash it with a spoon.
4.
Add cassava flour and mix well to form a dough.
5.
Put the whole shape into the steamer and steam for about 30 minutes (note that it must be cooked and steamed).
6.
After steaming, take it out and put it in a ventilated place to cool and dry for about a day (this step is to facilitate slicing, too soft, not easy to cut, too hard and difficult to cut, so you have to grasp the degree of drying by yourself).
7.
The slices should be cut as thin as possible, spread out and let dry in a well-ventilated place.
8.
Put the dried magnolia slices in a bag for storage.
9.
Heat up the oil in a pan, and put the magnolia slices (don't put too much at a time, the area will increase a lot after frying). The magnolia slices will open like a flower after encountering hot oil.
10.
The crispy, crispy and sweet magnolia slices are ready to eat.
