Make A Super Meal in The Summer-stir-fried Chicken Gizzards

Clean the chicken gizzards, remove impurities, and cut into small pieces.

Shred ginger.

Chopped garlic

Shred green and red peppers.

Marinate the sliced chicken gizzards with a small amount of salt, Daxi big barbecue sauce, white pepper, cooking wine, and half of the sliced ginger for 20 minutes.

Pour oil in the pot, heat it up, add the remaining shredded ginger, and stir-fry the garlic until fragrant.

Pour in the marinated chicken gizzards and stir-fry on high heat. Pour in garlic chili sauce during the process and stir-fry until the chicken gizzards are 8 mature.

Finally, add green and red pepper shreds and fry until ripe.
Tips:
*When cleaning chicken gizzards, use salt to scrub to remove fishy.
*When marinating chicken gizzards, use less salt, and put garlic chili sauce at the back.
*There is no cilantro in the house, it would be better to put some coriander
