Make Colorful Glutinous Rice Balls with Natural Ingredients
1.
Add warm water to the glutinous rice flour and stir with chopsticks.
2.
Knead it with your hands to form a white dough that does not stick to your hands.
3.
Mix the four natural ingredients with a small amount of warm water to form a batter.
4.
Divide the white dough into five equal parts. Take four of them, add the color batter of Method 3 to each one, and knead it into a smooth, soft, and non-stick colored dough. You can add some warm water during the kneading process. The kneaded dough should be put in a fresh-keeping bag to prevent it from drying out.
5.
Divide the five large dough balls into small doses, and each small dose will be rounded and stuffed to make glutinous rice balls. The surface of the prepared glutinous rice balls is covered with a layer of plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out.
6.
Boil glutinous rice balls: After the water is boiled, put the glutinous rice balls in, use a spoon to gently push to prevent sticking to the bottom, wait for the water to boil, add a bowl of cold water, cover the pot, cook until the water boils again and the glutinous rice balls float.
