Make Tomato Sauce
1.
Wash the tomatoes and set aside.
2.
Wash the bottles in advance, control the dry water, and rinse them one by one (pour the wine into one bottle and stir well before pour into the other)
3.
Peel the tomatoes, break them into small pieces and put them in the bottle, don't fill them too much. If it is a small mouth bottle, it must be broken into small pieces and poured into the bottle through a funnel.
4.
Tighten the lid.
5.
Put cold water into the pot, the water is 1/2 the height of the bottle. Just boil for 30 minutes.
6.
After cooking, let it stand for 30 minutes, then take it out and tighten the lid again. (Because the heat expands and the cold shrinks, the lid will loose when it is cooked, so check it, otherwise the lid will be broken if it leaks.)
7.
This is a ready-made tomato sauce. Put it in a ventilated place. After it has cooled down, it can be stored in a box and stored in the basement. It can be stored for one to two years. The key to making tomato sauce is to clean the bottle, not to get oil, and the lid to be tight and not leaking.
Tips:
The lid must be tight and not leaking. Glass bottles can be used, but they must be cleaned without oil.
