Make Your Own Loquat Paste
1.
This is our local loquat, which was taken by the way when we bought the loquat.
2.
Leave five pounds of loquat a little smaller to boil the loquat cream.
3.
Wash the loquat, peel, remove the seeds and peel off the flesh.
4.
Put the peeled loquat pulp into the pot.
5.
Turn on medium heat, add rock sugar and start to simmer.
6.
Crush the rock candy with a spoon while boiling.
7.
When the rock candy starts to melt and the loquat starts to flow out, turn off the heat and continue to simmer. When making the loquat, stir it with a spoon from time to time to avoid sticking to the pan.
8.
Boil the water in the loquat in the pot to make it golden and translucent, and then turn off the heat.
9.
After cooling, put it into a clean glass bottle, seal it and put it in the refrigerator freezer. (When eating, add a spoonful of warm water and stir well)
