Making of Golden Squid Ring

Ingredients: fresh squid, eggs, flour, bread crumbs. Seasoning: pepper, salt, cooking wine

Tear off the reddish-brown skin of the squid, and take out the vertebrae and white mucous membranes in the belly that resemble plastic pieces.

Use kitchen paper to absorb moisture and cut into even circles.

Add salt, pepper, and cooking wine to the squid rings and let it marinate for 5 minutes.

Wrap the marinated squid rings with flour, egg liquid, and bread flour in turn.

Put the pot on the fire, heat the oil to 60% of the heat, add the squid rings, and fry until golden.

Tips:
1. Squid must be cooked thoroughly before eating, because there is a polypeptide component in fresh squid, if it is not cooked thoroughly, eating it will cause intestinal motility disorders.
