It's cold, so I want to eat something warm, such as Mala Tang, which I can't break. There just happened to have the leftover hot pot base material and some side dishes at home, so just let’s just start with Mala Tang!

Ingredients

Mala Tang (simple Version)

1. Prepare the required materials

2. Hot pan with cold oil cube UR fruit base, stir fry until fragrant

3. Add hot water and boil

4. Put in the meatballs and boil

5. Add vegetables other than greens and continue to boil

6. Add the noodles to a boil

7. Add the small greens before starting the pot and cook it.

8. Add fried dough sticks before eating

9. Eat while it's hot

Tips:

1. When frying the hot pot bottom material, be sure to low heat, otherwise it will burn
2. The matching ingredients can be adjusted according to their actual needs
