Malay Chicken Curry

1. Cut the onion into large pieces and set aside.

2. Peel and cut potatoes into medium and large pieces and set aside.

3. Wash the roots of the chicken wings, cut twice with a knife, and marinate with a little salt for ten minutes.

4. Pour a little oil into the pot, add onions and sauté.

5. Set the onion to one side and fry the chicken wings until browned on both sides.

6. Pour the potatoes and stir fry.

7. Add a spoonful of salt and continue to stir fry.

8. Add a spoonful of white sugar.

9. Pour the curry powder according to personal taste, my curry powder has a little spicy flavor.

10. Pour a large bowl of water.

11. Bring to a boil and turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

12. Just add a little light soy sauce and some soup before it comes out of the pot. It can be bibimbap.
