Put the assam lamb and the shrimp paste cubes into a small bowl, add an appropriate amount of water to dissolve. (Don’t take out the seeds from the Asam Lamb)

Heat the pot, pour the oil and heat to 60% of the oil temperature, add garlic and green onions to sauté.

Add the shrimp paste sauce and assam lamb and stir-fry evenly and fragrant, then add chili rings and stir-fry evenly.

Wash the water spinach, put it in the spinach, stir fry for 2 minutes, add an appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for about 2 minutes.

After the sambal shrimp paste is completely dissolved in the vegetables, add chicken powder and stir well before serving.
