Mandarin Duck Milk Tea

2 scoops of pure coffee powder, rinse with a little boiling water in the coffee pot, set aside

Put the black tea in the milk pot, add a little water, just cover the tea leaves, and heat it on a low heat until the water boils

Cover the pot and let it be stuffy for a while

Pour an appropriate amount of low-fat milk into the tea; don’t stir it with a spoon, heat it on a low heat

The tea leaves will rise slowly, and boil them until small bubbles appear on the side of the pot. Don’t boil, they will pop out instantly.

Filter the brewed milk tea into the coffee pot; the milk skin and tea leaves remain in the strainer

When the temperature of the milk tea drops below 80 degrees, add an appropriate amount of honey or sugar according to your taste

Pour into a cup and drink; milk tea can be drunk hot or cold with ice cubes
