Graham Crackers
1.
The ingredients are ready.
2.
Pour whole wheat flour, cornstarch, salt, baking powder, and baking soda into a container.
3.
Add zero calorie sugar.
4.
Then add low-fat pure milk and tasteless vegetable oil and stir with a spatula.
5.
Stir all the ingredients until there is no dry powder. Then grasp it evenly with your hands, and become noodles that are neither dry nor wet.
6.
Then knead into a relatively dry dough, the final state is able to form a dough, but with cracks.
7.
Place the dough between two pieces of silicone oil paper and use a rolling pin to roll it into a piece of about 0.3 cm thick.
8.
Use a cookie mold to press out the shape. In this step, preheat the oven up and down at 180 degrees!
9.
Carefully transfer the biscuit dough to the baking tray, leaving a little distance in the middle. This step should be gentle to prevent the biscuit from being deformed by pulling.
10.
Put it into the preheated air frying oven, and bake the upper and lower fire at 180 degrees for 14 minutes in the middle layer. Just add a little color, don't bake for too long!
Take the baked biscuit base out of the baking tray, put it on the drying rack and let it cool, it will be a crisp whole-wheat digestive biscuit. The taste is very crispy, not hard! Super delicious.
Tips:
Biscuit dough is relatively dry, so it is more laborious when kneading, and it does not need to be kneaded for too long, as long as there is no dry powder particles. When baking, carefully observe the coloring, and take it out in time when the color becomes slightly darker to avoid bitterness after baking.
Place the baked biscuits in a fresh-keeping bag after they cool down to prevent regain and softness.
