Mango Almond Tart

Prepare ingredients.

Melt the butter in insulated water, add lemon juice, and stir well.

Add honey and mix well.

Add the egg mixture and mix well.

Add powdered sugar and mix well.

Add lemon shavings and mix well.

Add almond flour, egg yogurt and stir until there is no dry powder.

Place them evenly in the Yangchen heart-shaped mini tart mold, the amount of five tart molds.

The mango is sliced into thin slices on the chopping board and wraps out from the center of the rose into the shape of a rose.

Then carefully move the knife to the center of the tart.

Preheat the oven to 165°, the middle layer, about 30 minutes, and observe it in the last few minutes, don't paint too dark.
