Mango Coconut Rice

I use the Northeast Daohuaxiang rice.

Wash the rice and prepare coconut milk. The coconut milk is 1.3 cups.

Pour 1.3 cups of coconut milk into the rice and steam it in a basket for 30 minutes.

Cut the mango into cubes.
5.
Prepare another bowl of coconut milk.
6.
Put the steamed rice in a whole shape, surround it with mango, and pour in a cup of coconut milk to enjoy it.
Tips:
When steaming rice, a cup of rice with 1.3 cups of coconut milk is enough, don't put too much coconut milk. If you add water, a cup of rice with 1.2 cups of water will do
