Lame Claypot Rice

Wash the rice and soak it in water for an hour in advance.

Brush sesame oil in the casserole.

Pour rice and water (ratio 1:1.5) into a casserole.

Turn to low heat and cover and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes.

Tips:
When braising the rice, be sure to pay attention to the low fire, otherwise it will be easy to mash the pot, and the eggs like to eat hearty. After the eggs are beaten, the braising time can be reduced.
