Mango Dried Biscuits

Ingredients: 115 grams of low-gluten flour, 75 grams of butter, 15 grams of egg liquid, 35 grams of dried mango, 50 grams of powdered sugar.

Cut the dried mango into fine pieces in advance and set aside.

Cut the butter into small pieces, let it soften at room temperature, add powdered sugar, and mix well with a rubber spatula.

Sift in low-gluten flour.

Tips:
If there is no dried mango, you can use other dried fruit instead.
If you are anxious to bake, you can put it in the freezer of the refrigerator for half an hour before using it.
