Mango Ice Cream

Freeze ice cream bucket for more than 12 hours

Mix two egg yolks with a little white sugar with a manual whisk.

Squeeze in a little lemon juice to remove the egginess.

Pour the milk, milk powder, 30 grams of white sugar and evenly stirred egg yolks into the milk pan.

Add to low heat and stir continuously with a spoon until the sugar and milk powder are all dissolved and the liquid just starts to boil.

Sieve the heated egg and milk liquid, pour it into a clean container, cover it with plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator.

Peel the mango and dice.

Use a food processor to puree the mangoes.

Stir evenly with a manual whisk, and then put it in the refrigerator.

Add the whipped cream and the remaining white sugar.

Whip the light cream with an electric whisk.

Pour the refrigerated custard into an ice bucket.

Pour the whipped cream into an ice bucket.

Install the ice bucket on the bread machine and activate the "iMix" button of the bread machine to start mixing ice cream automatically. The time is 20 minutes.

The ice cream process is over, take out the ice bucket, take out the blender

Pour the ice cream into a quick container and put it in the refrigerator to freeze.

Freeze for more than 2 hours, you can eat delicious ice cream!
Tips:
1. Add a little lemon juice to the egg yolk to get rid of the egginess, or use a little white vinegar instead.
2. After the bread machine is stirred for one time, if you feel that it is not delicate enough, you can start the program again, or increase the time appropriately before the first program starts.
3. You can also replace mangoes with other fruits you like!
