Mango Layer Cake

Except butter. Put low-gluten flour. corn starch. Sugar. egg. Ingredients such as milk are all mixed together.

Stir the roux evenly and sift it. Heat the butter into water and add it to the roux. Stir evenly and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

A smaller pan can fry a little more crust. The stacked layer cake will be taller. What I made is 10-inch. Then buckle it with an 8-inch plate. Remove the irregular pie crust on the edge. So the stack of cakes is not that high.
