I have always wanted to do a thousand layers without actually doing it. Taking advantage of the rest for a while, I jumped out of ideas and started working immediately. It’s not delicious. The crust of my stall is really round without any modification. I am very happy.

Mango Melaleuca

1. Materials ready

2. Heat the butter in water to melt and mix it with eggs, milk and sugar and beat evenly

3. Sift in the flour

4. Beat again evenly

5. After sieving 3 times, the batter becomes smooth and smooth.

6. Take an appropriate amount of batter and pour it into the pan, turn the pan to quickly spread the batter over the whole pan, turn on the medium heat

7. When bubbling around the crust, change the heat to a low heat, and the whole crust can be out of the pan when bubbling in the middle

8. Do them one by one and let cool

9. Whipped cream

10. Mango flesh cut into small pieces

11. Spread a layer of pie crust first, apply a layer of cream, then spread a layer of pie crust, and then a layer of cream and fruit when you reach the third layer. I have three layers of fruit from bottom to top. There are three layers of fruit in total.

12. Finally, you can refrigerate for 4 hours or freeze for 2 hours to enjoy

Tips:

The batter can be fried about 12-15 slices, the thinner the better.

Mango can be replaced with soft fruits such as durian or peach.
