The must-have mini sorbet for summer is ready
Tips:
1. The process of boiling the sorbet paste is to sterilize the egg yolk. Generally, the fungus can be basically eliminated by heating to 60 degrees. So, don't let the ingredients in the pot boil! If the pot is too hot, remove it from the fire for a while and reheat it. If it is boiled, it will be a pot of egg yolk flowers, not sorbet paste!
2. How to judge whether the sorbet paste is sticky? Scratch the stirring shovel with your hand, and leave a clear mark on it.
3. The dried mango in the sorbet can be replaced with raisins and dried cranberries.
4. The milk can be replaced with milk powder that is about to expire!
5. You can also use old Beijing yogurt and various fruits to freeze them into popsicles.
6. If homemade sorbet is for your baby, put less sugar. If it is for over-aged babies~ eat it by yourself, put it according to your own taste, and put it whatever you like. It's so capricious!
7. If you can't stand the ice cream stick when you insert it, you can freeze it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes first, and then insert the ice cream stick after it freezes.
8. If you want, you can also buy good-looking molds! For example, claw molds, make cute claw popsicles.
